Chapter 5

AC97 Audio

Select “Disable” if you do not want to use AC-97 audio. Options are
“Auto”, and “Disabled”.

Onboard Serial Port 1

The settings are “3F8/IRQ4”, “2F8/IRQ3”, “3E8/IRQ4”, “2E8/IRQ3”,
and “Disabled” for the on-board serial connector.

Onboard Serial Port 2

The settings are “3F8/IRQ4”, “2F8/IRQ3”, “3E8/IRQ4”, “2E8/IRQ3”,
and “Disabled” for the on-board serial connector.

Onboard Parallel Port

There is a built-in parallel port on the onboard Super I/O chipset that pro-
vides Standard, ECP, and EPP features. It has the following options: Dis-
abled, 378/IRQ7 (Default), 278/IRQ5, 3BC/IRQ7 and Disabled. for the
on-board serial connector.
