Boot Settings Configuration

You can use this screen to select options for the Boot settings. Use the up and down
<Arrow> keys to select an item. Use the <Plus> and <Minus> keys to change the
value of the selected option. The settings are described on the following pages. The
screen is shown below.

Quick Boot

The default setting is Enabled.

Quiet Boot

Set this value to allow the boot up screen options to be modified between POST
messages or OEM logo. The default setting is Disabled.

Option

Description

Disabled

Set this value to allow the BIOS to perform all POST tests.

Enabled

Set this value to allow the BIOS to skip certain POST tests to boot faster.

Option

Description

Disabled

Set this value to allow the computer system to display the POST mes-
sages.

Enabled

Set this value to allow the computer system to display the OEM logo. 
This is the default setting.
