3.2 Web

Browser

EKI-7659C provides a convenient configure way via web browser, you can follow below step to access
EKI-7659C.

EKI-7659C’s default IP is 192.168.1.1, make sure your host PC and EKI-6538 are on the same logical
sub-network.

Warning

Your host PC should be in the same VLAN setting with EKI-7659C, or the
management will not be configured.

Connect EKI-7659C to the Ethernet then your host PC could configure it via Ethernet. Or you can directly
connect EKI-7659C to your host PC with a straight-through or cross over Ethernet cable.

Before to use web management, install the industrial switch on the network and make sure that any one
of PC on the network can connect with the industrial switch through the web browser. The industrial
switch default value of IP, subnet mask, username and password is as below:

•

IP Address: 192.168.11.1

•

Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0

•

Default Gateway: 192.168.1.1

•

User Name: admin

•

Password: admin

Open Internet Explorer and type EKI-7659C’s IP in the Address field then press Enter to open the web
login page.
