SNMP Service

The EKI-1121L/1122L/1124L has built-in SNMP (Simple Network Management Proto-
col) v1 and v2c agent software.

When boot up the EKI-1121L/1122L/1124L, the snmp client is not started by default,
user must start snmp serveice like this:

"/etc/snmp/snmpd.conf" can be any available config file to snmpd!
