Error
Cause
Solution
Jar is not connected
properly (connection
is not used)
No jar connected
Reconnect the jar to the jar tubing.
The Anoxomat has detected
a vacuum condition in the
jar. The jar has been partly
processed by the Anoxomat
No jar connected
Release the vacuum in the jar by pushing into the
snap-shut coupling with an object (e.g. pencil)
Before reconnecting the jar, pull the outer ring of the
snap-shut coupling downward.
Gas connection
has not passed the
corresponding test.
Gas input test failure
No pressure from gas cylinder
Check if gas cylinder is open
Pressure supplied by the reducing
valve is lower or higher than 1.75 bar ±
.15 bar 25.5 ± 2 psi
Check output pressure on the reducing valve.
The reducing valve does not indicate
real pressure
Check actual pressure in the Process Report and adapt
the setting of the reducing valve
Gas cylinder is almost empty and can
no longer provide stable pressure
Check cylinder pressure on the reducing valve
Gas flow is restricted (e.g. a kink in
the gas tube)
Check the gas tube
