Figure 4-6 identifies the switches and indicators on the front panel of the AMN PS-2A
controller. Table 4-5 defines each of the numbered switches and indicators.

Number Control/
Indicator
Description
1 FAIL LED When lit, this LED indicates a loss of reference
voltage from the AMN PS-2A controller to the
matching network.
2 LOAD - LIMIT
(minimum) LED
When lit, this LED indicates that the load
capacitor motor has reached its minimum limit.
3 LOAD + LIMIT
(maximum) LED
When lit, this LED indicates that the load
capacitor motor has reached its maximum
limit.
4 LOAD meter This meter indicates the present position of the
load capacitor.
5 Load AUTO /
MAN / REM switch
This mode switch places motor control in one
of three operation modes: automatic, manual,
or remote.
6 Load - / + switch When the controller is in manual mode, this
switch adjusts the load capacitor. Putting the
switch in the “
+ ” position adjusts the capacitor
in the positive direction. Putting the switch in
the “
- ” position adjusts the capacitor in the
negative direction.
