BRUSH DECK DRIVE GUIDE DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY

Disassembly

Drive the machine on a level floor.

1. 

Remove the brush/pad-holder deck (see the procedure in the relevant paragraph) and leave the deck holder assembly lifted.

2. 

Turn the ignition key to “0” and disconnect the batteries.

3. 

Turn the steering wheel to accommodate the position of the drive guide (A) to be removed.

4. 

Under the machine, remove the screws (B) and the drive guide (A).

5. 

Replace the drive guide if it is too worn.

6. 

Assembly

Assemble the components in the reverse order of disassembly.
