Instruction for use - batteries.

This cleaner is operated by Lithium-ion batteries. Two batteries are delivered as
standard equipment with the machine. There is an LED-indicator in the upper end of
each battery. When the battery is charged and running at normal power level the LED-
indicator is lit with fixed green light.

Both batteries can be attached to the cleaner. When the indicator at the battery starts
to flash - less then 30 percent of the battery power remains. If one battery’s run time is
up, that is at 0%, the cleaner automatically switches to the other battery (if the other
battery is charged). This will increase the power capacity and the operation time to
maximum 60 minutes. There is also a possibility to order an extra third battery - by
doing this the operating time will be extended even more.

There is a push button at the battery. The purpose of this button is to show the
remaining power of the battery if the battery is stored outside the cleaner. Push the
button down and the capacity of the battery will be shown at the LED-indicator for 30
seconds. When the indicator at the battery starts to flash - less then 30 percent of the
battery power remains, and it will soon need to be charged. Note! In order to save
power, these batteries will be set in a storage mode if not been used within a period of
8 weeks. If this occurs please push the reset button at the battery.

Remove and install batteries

A) Remove battery from the cleaner

1. Press in the release button at the handle of the vacuum cleaner.
2. Keep the button released and at the same time lift the battery upwards and then

outwards from the cleaner.

B) Install the battery to the cleaner

1. Slide the battery inwards and upwards to the power inlet of the cleaner.
2. Push the battery downwards.

The run time of each battery is approximately 30 minutes. The battery will run normally
until 0% when it switches itself off. Two batteries will be fully charged within 100
minutes.

This machine is for dry use only and shall not be used or stored
outdoors or in wet conditions. Store the machine indoors between
max. 50°C (degrees celsius) and min. 0°C (degrees celsius) 32 to 122 °F.

The vacuum cleaner must not be used for picking up hazardous materials - i.e.
toxic dust, combustible or explosive materials, nor should it be used in an explosive
atmosphere. Under no circumstances should the vacuum cleaner be used for picking
up hot material. In particular the vacuum cleaner must not be used for cleaning open
and closed fireplaces, ovens that contain warm or glowing ashes. The vacuum cleaner
must not be used for the suction of water, liquids or inflammable gases.

This appliance is not to be used by children or persons with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction. Children must be supervised not to play with the
appliance.

No changes to the mechanical, electrical or thermal safety devices must be made.

This machine is equipped with a thermal cut-out to protect the motor and other vital
machine parts from overheating. Should the machine cut out, you will have to wait
at least 5-10 minutes for it to automatically reset. While you are waiting, switch the
machine off then check the hose, dust bag and filter to be sure that nothing is blocking
the flow of air through the machine.

Maintenance - vacuum cleaner

Always keep the cleaner in a dry place. The cleaner is designed for continuous work.
Depending on the number of running hours – the dust filters should be renewed. A
dust bag must be fitted in the machine if used for cleaning the sack filter. Keep the
container clean with a dry cloth, and a small amount of spray polish.

The size and quality of the dust bag and filters affect the machine efficiency. Use of
non original dust bags or non original filters can cause restricted air flow which may
lead to machine overload. Using non-original dust bag or filters will void the warranty.

Only use this vacuum cleaner with the equipment and nozzles supplied with the
cleaner. The use of other non original nozzles can impair security. In addition all
warranty claims expire if a use of non original accessories occur.
