Menu Navigation
The provisioning, test, and performance menu is
divided into both a menu tree (
Figures 2
and
3
) and
reproductions of specific menu screens. The first
screen displays the Main Menu. Select one of the
categories on that screen to proceed with the desired
action. To make a selection, press the number on the
keyboard for the desired category then press enter.
Specific screen displays are on the pages following
the menu tree and as listed below:
• Main Menu (below)
• DSL Test Menu
• Testing for DSL 1
• DSX Performance
• DSL Performance in CUSTOMER Direction
DSX Performance Screen
The DSX Performance Screen records error data from
both the local and remote stations. The 24-hour
registers record daily totals for the current day and the
past 7 days. The 15-minute registers record errors for
the current 15-minute period and the past 6 hours in
15-minute segments. Timing starts when the unit is
energized.
