Troubleshooting
Frame relay link is down.
Potential Cause Solution
Cabling problem T1
1. Check the ports’ alarm status.
2. If the T1 is experiencing LOS, ensure the cable is plugged in.
3. If the cable is plugged in, ensure the pinout is correct. Refer to
the ATLAS User Manual for a correct pinout.
Nx
1. Check DTE port signals and verify that DTR and RTS are active.
2. If signals are inactive, verify V.35 cable is connected to correct
port.
3. If cable is connected, verify external DTE is powered on.
