Media
Use the Media menu to configure headsets, speaker phones, and USB devices.
Audio General
Figure 8 shows the Audio General menu for the media configuration. Detailed information on these
configuration options is listed below. When the information is complete, select
OK
to save the settings.

Internal Sampling Rate
Change this value if the sound card produces a different sampling rate.
Enable PLC
Packet Loss Concealment (PLC) will improve audio quality during audio packet loss. Select this box
to enable.
Automatic Gain Control
Automatic Gain Control (AGC) allows the ADTRAN IP SoftPhone to adjust the microphone volume
for optimal audio quality. Select this box to enable this feature.
