Failure Messages

Module Failure

If the Async-232 Module fails to power on correctly, the board status under mod-
ule menus indicates Not Ready or No Response.

The board status indicates Not Ready for a few seconds after insertion while
booting.

FLASH Invalid

If the Async-232 module processor detects that the module firmware is corrupt,
the Alarm status under the module menus will indicate [FLASH].
