Enter the system screen, press Back button, the machine will be back to zero
position, and then return to the starting position, the display position will all become 0,
note: Please confirm machine is at a high level first until the status bar shows
"return to zero finished".
Enter the teaching screen, move the machine to the first hole position with axis
moving key, press the Add key to increase the hole data. Increasing other holes can be
used in this similar method.
When the integrated parameters “ 010, teaching data save automatically or not”
data will be saved automatically. Conversely, press the Save key after data teaching,
otherwise the processing data will be lost when the system outage.
After the data teaching completed, switch to the system processing interface, set
movement mode, press the Start button on the operation box to start processing
products, Stop button to pause processing products, Continue button to continue
processing products.
3.2.2 System auxiliary interface update program operation
Updating procedures is used for system upgrades, system upgrades
including .NCP package and.BIN package upgrade. Upgrade can copy the resource
package and resource to the local disk (D:), the ADT directory with the U disk or
computer,
And then switch to the system auxiliary interface, select Reboot system , press the
screen rapidly when system restarts , until the system enters the BIOS interface.
Then select Update program , system will prompt if update is successful. Restart the
system after program is updated.
