15. I can’t access the NAS Drive Kit.

Answer: Check the LAN LED of the NAS Drive Kit, and make sure that it’s Green.
Re-start the NAS Drive Kit using the Administration interface or press and hold the RESET
Button on the back of the NAS Drive Kit to restore the Factory default setting and reboot.
