7.6 Calibration commands

When installing the camera for the first time it is necessary to calibrate the
Atlas  2D  CCD  imager  for  hot-pixels  and  for  dark.  Periodically  it  can
happen  due  to  large  temperatures  change  or  due  to  aging  that
recalibration  needs  to  be  done  again.  In  order  to  facilitate  this  we  have
implemented one command that will do the job for you.
