4.3.4 Device Vendor Name
Purpose
This function gets or returns the vendor name.

Parameters
 Name
Pointer to a user-allocated buffer into which the function
copies the vendor name string, for example, “ADLINK”. The
name is NULL-terminated.
Return Value

No error occurs if return value >= 0; if negative value,
please refer to Section 4.9 for error information about return
codes.
