DMX TRAITS
NOTES ON DMX TRAITS:
7-Channel Mode:
Channels 1, 2, 3, and 4 are disabled when Channel 5 is in use.
8-Channel Mode:
• When Channel 7 is set between 000-051, Channels 1-4 will be used, and Channel 6 will control
strobing.
• When Channel 7 is set between 052-102, Channel 8 is in Color Macros Mode, and Channel 6 will
control strobing.
• When Channel 7 is set between 103-204, Channel 8 is in Program Mode, and Channel 6 will con-
trol program speed.
• When Channel 7 is set between 205-255, Channel 8 is in Sound Active Mode, and Channel 6 will
control sound sensitivity.
• When Channel 8 is set between 234-255 (programs 21 & 22), Channel 3 will select a flow color,
Channel 4 will select a base color, and Channel 6 will control the speed of the flow color. Refer to
the Color Macros Chart section of this manual to see information about selectable flow and base
colors.
9-Channel Mode:
• When Channel 5 is in use, Channels 1-4 will be disabled.
• When Channel 6 is set between 016-245, Channel 7 will control program speed.
• When Channel 6 is set between 246-255, Channel 7 will control sound sensitivity.
