DETERGEN SOLUTION FLOW RATE ADJUSTMENT

1.

Turn the valve knob  (1) to

adjust the detergent

solution flow rate.

2.

On the 3SD equipped models  it  will  be necessary to press  the

dedicated button to activate the detergent solution  supplying

selecting between the tradition mode using the valve or the

optimal fixed supply system (see chapter  “3S Solution Saving

System”).

AUTOMATIC MODE WORK

Automatic mode is hepful to simplify the operator work,

1.

Check that the machine is set in automatic  mode, if not press

button (1) and the display will show the corresponding symbol

2.

Press the pedal placed on the footboard.

Once the pedal is pressed the machine runs forward, the brush base

goes down and simultaneously the squeegee goes down, then the

solenoid valve opens itself and brushes and suction motor start

working.

Before running the machine it is possible to set the brushes pressure

and the water and/or detergent solution flow rate (3S and 3SD

versions).

The values set will show immediately on the display.

After releasing the pedal: the brush base goes up, the brushes motors

stop, the solenoid valve closes itslef and the suction motor shuts off.

To lift the squeegee at the end of the work press the button (2).

SUCTION MOTOR SILENT MODE

It is possible to start the silent mode of the suction motor by pressing

for a few seconds the switch-on button (1) of the suction motor.

When the silent mode is on the symbol on the display changes.

STANDBY MODE

After 10 minutes of inactivity, if the machine is on, it goes in stand-

by mode and the display turns off. To start again press any button on

the instrument board, the display will turn on again  and after few

seconds the machine returns operative.

HORN

The machine is provided with a

horn that can be activated

pressing button (1).

EMERGENCY BUTTON

In case of emergency press

buttonIn (1) placed on the

dashboard. All the fucntions and

the movement will be

immediately disabled.

To reactivate them turn the

button clockwise..

PARKING BRAKE

The machine is equipped with a parking brake on the traction wheel

which disable itself when traction is activated.

On the display it will be shown when the brake is on.

MANUAL MOVEMENT OF THE MACHINE

To move the machine manually, it is necessary to unblock the parking

brake that blocks the traction motor wheel. To do this, keep the lever

(3) lifted. With the delivery of the machine we also supply a cord that

allows the lever operation (3).

After having moved the machine, take off the cord and keep it for

eventual re-use.

When the parking brake is released manually, for example when the

machine has to be moved without batteries, avoid covering slopes

and do not park on them either.

BRUSHES MOTOR OVERLOAD PROTECTION SYSTEM

The machine is equipped with a protection device of the brushes

motor. This device blocks the motor functioning in order to protect it

and indicates the overload on the display with  the message

"ALLARME 1".

When this happens, try to reduce the brushes pressure (see under

"ADJUSTMENT OF THE BRUSHES PRESSURE").

If the problem persists, contact the authorized technical assistance..

OVERFLOW SYSTEM

In order to avoid serious damages to the suction motor, the machine

is equipped with a float that intervenes when the recovery tank is

full. When this happens, it is necessary to empty the recovery tank.

Hold the exhaust hose of the machine. Take off the plug and empty

the recovery tank into appropriate containers, according to the

standard norms.
