Holding register
Byte 1 (most significant):
Control byte: it must be increased of +1 every times
that the command must be sent on DALI.
Byte 0 (least significant):
ID of DALI device to command (for commands, most
significant bit must be set to ‘1’ as DALI specifications):
0-63 = Single DALI device
64-79 = Groups
127 = Broadcast
