The delivery includes:

Setting up the machine
Requirements for proper operation:
- The ambient/room temperature must be b5°C and +35°C.
- The relative humidity must not exceed 75%.
- The working environment must be free of areas with gas or powder concentrations that can cause a
potential risk of fire and/or explosion.
Make sure that the installation area is suitable, sufficiently ventilated, illuminated and stable, and that it has
sufficient ambient space to ensure easy operation, cleaning and maintenance of the device. In addition, make
sure that the installation surface is flat, dry, smooth and sturdy, and that it is easy to clean from leftovers to
avoid the risk of dirt accumulation and food contamination. The machine should be installed on a worktop
approx. 80 cm from the ground.
CONNECTING TO THE LOCAL MAINS SUPPLY
The installation must be carried out by authorised staff, who must first ensure that the power supply line
complies with the relevant statutory regulations, as well as standards and specifications applicable in the
country of use.
Before connecting to the mains supply, make sure that the voltage indicated on the nameplate
matches that of the local mains supply!
Vitalis vegetable cutter - 230 V AC
The machine is equipped with a Schuko plug. Connect the machine to the local mains supply. You can now
start working.
Vitalis vegetable cutter - 400 V three-phase current
The machine is equipped with a red CEE plug. Connect the machine to the local mains supply and make sure
the grounding functions correctly. Before starting work, check the direction of rotation of the discs. To turn on
the machine, press the “
I
” start button without first loading it with foods to be processed.
The disc must rotate counter-clockwise when looking through the opening through
which the ram is inserted. If the disc does not rotate correctly, two of the three current
phases in the mains plug must be swapped by an authorised specialist. Once the disc
rotates counter-clockwise, you can start working.
