Checking the scale and package contents
NOTICE!
Risk of damage!
If you are not cautious when opening the packaging with a sharp
knife or other pointed objects, you may quickly damage the scale.

Be very careful when opening the packaging.
1. Remove the scale from the packaging.
2. Check to make sure that all parts have been included in the delivery (see
page 30
).
3. Check whether the scale or the individual parts exhibit signs of damage. If this is the
case, do not use the scale. Contact the distributor at the address stated on the back
cover of this user manual.
4. Remove all packaging materials, protective film and labels attached to the appliance
for transport protection or advertising purposes.

Keep the original packaging and packaging materials for future trans-
port of the scale.

Do not exert too much pressure on the scale.

incorrect measurement results.
