There is a little black switch at the bottom side of the scale for country specific settings
with the option to switch from kg = kilogram to lb = pound or st = stone. Please pay
attention to use the scale under consideration of the country specific unit of weight.
4. Weighing function (weight measurement only)
1. Switch on the scale by using the tap-on-function. For this, tap with your foot shortly
on the centre of the scale. The display indicates the signal „ 8888“ and a few
seconds later 0.0 kg. Now the scale is ready to use.
2. Step on the centre of the scale. Remain stationary on the weighing platform and do
not hold you tight. After a few seconds, your weight will be displayed.
3. After weighing, step-off the scale. The scale will switch off automatically after a few
seconds.
5. Programming / Enter of personal data
Before first time use your personal data (gender: female or male, body height, age) must
be programmed and saved under selected locations 01 – 10 (up to 10 persons). The
enter touch keys are located below the display. To enter your personal data please utilise
the buttons:
(minus button),
(plus button), SET (save button) and follow the particular points:
1. Place the scale on a table. Switch on the scale by using
the tap-on-function. For this, tap with your hand shortly on
the centre of the scale. The display indicates the signal
„ 8888“ and a few seconds later 0.0 kg. Now touch the
SET-button and the display indicates a flashing “ 01” . To
select your personal location (01– 10), touch the
- or
-
button. After the selection of your personal location, touch
the SET-button to save the reading.
2. After you selected your personal location (e.g. 03), the
symbol for gender starts to flash. To select the requested
gender (female or male) touch the
- or
-button. After
the selection of your gender press the SET-button to save
the reading.
3. After you selected your gender (e.g. female), the symbol
for body height starts to flash (default 170 cm). To enter
your height, touch the
- or
-button. After the selection
for your height, touch the SET-button to save the reading.
4. After you selected your body height, the symbol for age
starts to flash (default Age 30). To enter your age, touch
the
- or
-button. After the selection of your age, touch
the SET-button to save the reading.
After input completion, the display indicates again successively your entered personal data
until the display shows 0.0 kg. A few seconds later, the scale automatically power-off.
To enter personal data of further persons please repeat the steps listed below.
6. Body Analysis
An analysis is only possible in bare feet. Your personal data must be entered first (please
see page 4 - 5).
1. Switch on the scale by using the tap-on-function. For this, tap with your foot shortly
on the centre of the scale. The display indicates the signal „ 8888“ and a few seconds
later 0.0 kg. Select your personal location by using the
- or
-button.
2. At first, your personal data will be displayed (age, body height, and gender). Shortly
after that, „ 0.0 kg“ will be indicated.
3. As soon as the display shows „ 0.0 kg“ , the scale is prepared for the measurement.
4. Carefully step on the scale in bare feet and remain stationary while the measurement is
now taking place.
5. At first, your weight will be indicated on the display. Shortly after, while the analysis
is taking place, the signals 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 starts to move. After completion of the
measurement your weight, your body fat (F), your body water (H) and your muscle
mass (
) will be shown successively 3 times.
6. After weighing, step-off the scale. The scale switch-off automatically, after a few
seconds.
