3.2 Pressure control
3.2.1 Pressure output
1. Connection
(1) Output the pressure using internal module , please refer to the Figure 4 to connect the UUTs.
(2) If wants to use external modules or , need a ADT107 manifold (Optional), and please follow the below steps
to make the connection.
1) Remove the single port, as shown in Figure 7.
