Pack the equipment in a shipping carton.

Write ADC’s address and the RMA Number you received from the RMA Department clearly on the outside
of the carton and return to:

If the equipment is defective, please tell us what you observed just before the equipment
malfunctioned. Be as detailed in your description as possible.
All shipments are to be returned prepaid. ADC will not accept any collect shipments.
