Common faults and troubleshooting

The mainframe is unable
to call extensions, and

call the mainframe.
A certain extension cannot
make an incoming call.
There is tick in the
mainframe after power on.
The mainframe's LCD is
normal, however, there is
no response when the key
is pressed.
Unable to operate normally
after startup.
The extension can call the
mainframe, however, it is
difficult for the mainframe
to choose an extension.
Bus disconnection
1. Extension damaged
2. Connection between extension and bus disrupted.
Bus short circuit
The electric grid's voltage is unstable, as a result,
the mainframe becomes abnormal.
1. The LCD displays 'Service life expires'.
2. The LCD displays 'Bus short circuit'.
The coding of the extension repeats with another one.

Solution
Well secure the bus
1. Replace the extension
2. Find and disconnected point,
and repair it.
Check the bus, and remove the
short circuit.
Power on again after the
mainframe is powered off
for one minute.
