Q: What are the limitations in probing Actel devices using Silicon
Explorer?
A: Probing limitations are described in Table D-1. Note that --
indicates that the feature is unavailable, and * indicates that the
feature only applies to devices that have Qclock.

a. For old ACT1 devices (specifically A10xx, A10xxA, some A10xxB, all TI
material, and Military ACT1) the probed signal is inverted. We do not have a
specific break point in the lot numbers for A10xxB devices, however if you
provide the lot number to us, we will try to determine if that lot has inverted probe
signals. Of course the best way to know for sure is to probe the output of an input
buffer and compare the Silicon Explorer reading with the applied value.
