If the electro-medical device fails or the power supply is interrupted, quick release of the
patient is possible by lowering the barriers and then tilting the patient to the side.
To safely stop or interrupt the operation of the chair, simply release the button on the
remote control that has been pressed.
PATIENT EXTRACTION DURING POWER FAILURE
In the event of a power failure, the patient can be removed from the sides of the chair by
folding the armrests towards the back of the chair.
A battery is used to make up for mains power failures and to maintain the chair's functions. It
is available as an option on request.
For chairs equipped with a battery, it is advisable to regularly test its effectiveness by
operating the chair without mains power. Test frequency once every three months.
USE OR EMERGENCY MANUAL DISENGAGEMENT OF THE BACKREST
This device is to be used only in case of emergency.
Be sure to hold the backrest before operating the emergency manual release lever.
After use, make sure that the backrest is switched on again.
