S88M/ G is positioned to be the first Main Board product that supports the latest INTEL Chipset Brookdale- G
technology with DDR DIMM module. As a technology leader in the PC market,S88M/ G stands for not only the
image of the best performance product for Intel’s next generation mainstream platform but also a real time to
market product for all customers’ demand to win the market entrance advantage.
S88M/ G Main Board, using INTEL Pentium 4 Processor in the 478 Pin package, delivers a mainstream
desktop platform solution.
With INTEL chipsets Brookdale-G GMCH and ICH4, S88M/ G provides the processor interface, DDR (Double
Data rate) interface, AGP interface and HUB interface. The CPU interface supports the INTEL Pentium 4
processor subset of the Extended Mode of Scalable Bus Protocol. INTEL Brookdale-G is optimized for the
INTEL Pentium 4 processor and INTEL Northwood processor. It supports double data rate DRAM at 266MHz./
200 MHz and front side bus 400/ 533. The GMCH contains advanced power management logic.
