CPU_Temp
CPU temperature is overheating, please check the CPU temperature status and the
CPU cooler is seated firmly. Shut down system if necessary.
SYS Temp
System temperature is overheating, please check the system temperature status and
the system cooler is seated firmly. Shut down system if necessary.
InletAirR
Back plane board is overheating; please check the Back plane board temperature
status and the system fan is available. Shut down system if necessary.
DIMM1A
DIMM 1A is overheating; please check the DIMM 1A temperature status and the
system fan is available. Shut down system if necessary.
DIMM1B
DIMM 1B is overheating; please check the DIMM 1B temperature status and the
system fan is available. Shut down system if necessary.
DIMM2A
DIMM 2A is overheating; please check the DIMM 2A temperature status and the
system fan is available. Shut down system if necessary.
DIMM2B
DIMM 2B is overheating; please check the DIMM 2B temperature status and the
system fan is available. Shut down system if necessary.
P_VCC_CPU
If CPU voltage over VID then 200mv or lower 0.4V, system will automatically shut
down. If it occurs after system rebooting, please reinstall CPU.
P5V
System on board power regulator voltage abnormal. Please check the power
connector is connected properly. If the issue occurs, please replace power supply.
P_1V05_PCH
System on board power regulator voltage abnormal. Please check the power
connector is connected properly. If the issue occurs, please replace power supply.
P_1V5_VDDQ
System on board power regulator voltage abnormal. Please check the power
connector is connected properly. If the issue occurs, please replace power supply.
