Acer’s responsibility for Acer CPR utility is limited to the
terms of the Limited Product Warranty with your system.
The Acer CPR utility has been programmed to operate
only with specific AcerPower systems. IT WILL NOT
WORK WITH ANY OTHER COMPUTER SYSTEM.
Please be aware that all software on the
Acer Resource CD is subject to the terms of
the software license agreements that come
packaged with your Acer system. Your use
of the Acer Resource CD means that you
agree to all of those software license
agreement terms. Also, you will be
prompted to type-in your Microsoft
Certificate of Authenticity (COA) product ID
number. Look for your COA number on the
cover of your Windows 95/NT manual.
To rebuild your hard drive, do the following:
1. Power up your Acer system.
2. When prompted (after memory testing completes), press CTRL + ALT + ESC to
enter CMOS setup.
3. Insert your Acer Resource CD in your CD-ROM drive.
4. At the CMOS Setup screen select ‘Basic Configuration’, then press ENTER.
