Important Safeguards
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the
following:
1. Read all instructions.
2. Do not touch hot surfaces.
3. To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or base in water or other liquid.
4. WARNING: this electrical appliance contains a heating function. Surfaces, also different than
the functional surfaces, can develop high temperatures. Since temperatures are differently
perceived by different persons, this equipment shall be used with CAUTION. The equipment
shall be touch only at intended handles and gripping surfaces, and use heat protection like gloves
or similar. Surfaces other than intended gripping surfaces shall get sufficiently time to the cool
down before getting touched.
5. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Install or remove parts after cooling
the machine.
6. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
Disassembly:
The door opens about 70 degrees, push the push button in the direction of the
arrow, as shown above, then pull the door down to force it apart.
4. Air flow racks
Can be used not only for dehydration but also to cook crispy snacks or reheat items like pizza,
If you need to bake other meats, it is recommended to brush a little oil on the net.
5. Rotisserie fork
Use for roasts and whole chicken. Force shaft lengthwise through meat and center. slide forks
onto shaft from either end into meat, then lock in place with set Screws. There are indentations
on the shaft for the set screws. You can adjust the screws closer to the middle if needed but never
but never outward towards the ends.
Note:
Make sure roast or chicken is not too large to rotate freely within the oven. Maximum Chicken
or Roast, 1.2KG.
6. Handle
Use to remove cooked roasts and chicken that have been prepared using the rotisserie or skewer
methods. place under rotisserie shaft and lift (left side first) then gently extract the food.
7. Bread holder
Place bread slices on the bread holder, then place the bread holder on top of the air flow rack.
