Introduction
The AM8040 precision thermometer is a desktop temperature
measurement and calibration device. It can work together with various
types of platinum resistance thermometer (PRT) sensors. The measured
temperature is calculated by the embedded microcontroller following
the ITS-90 standards or the CVD conversion method. This precision
thermometer has strong data acquisition capability. Users can acquire
and record data using an USB cable connecting to a PC, or using a Flash
drive with the simple ‘plug-and-record’ function. Alternatively, it can
work with an optional wireless module to acquire and record data
remotely through wireless. With these flexible peripherals, temperature
data can be captured and saved in real-time easily for various
applications.
