6. Jamming
Facing a jamming event
To ensure that the equipment operates with optimal performance as well as to
prevent jamming, avoid the following:

Counting bent or damaged coins or tokens
-
Counting any type of foreign object like clips, staples, paper, nylon,
rubber bands, etc.
If any jamming occurs, the machine will stop counting and the turning plate
will move in the opposite direction to remove the jammed object by itself.
In case the unit is unable to remove the object itself:
1.
Please turn the power switch OFF and make sure that the unit is
disconnected from the power outlet.
2.
Proceed to open the service window located on the back of the unit to
gain access to the coins plate.
3.
Inspect the coins plate and remove the obstruction.
4.
Return the service window to its original position.
5.
Connect the unit back to the power outlet and turn the power switch ON.
6.
Confirm that the unit is now working properly.

If the issue persists, contact our technical support agent for further
assistance.
