Chapter 3:  Hardware Details 

  

Option Selection 

 

Refer to the setup program on the CD provided with the board. Also, refer to the Block 
Diagram and the Option Selection Map when reading this section of the manual.  

 

VCC Select 
 

Position the jumper to select either 5VTTL logic, or 3.3VDC logic.

Bias Select 

 

Select 10k ohm pull up or pull down resistors per port using the provided jumpers on the card.  

 

50 Pin Header 

 

The latching 50 pin header has standard 0.100" spacing between pins and is keyed to prevent 
improper connections. It can be used with standard IDC type ribbon cables.  A non-latching 
header is used for the 

–S01 card version.
