Switch off power at
main switch. Isolate
mixer by removing
wall plug.
Attach danger tag to
machine.

meter (equipment error).
Over-mixed dough
Review recipe and
adjust dough
consistency.

/change mix cycle.
Final dough temperature
too hot.
Water temperature too
hot.
Dough mixed too long.
Reduce water
temperature.
Shorten mix cycle.

too cold.
Water temperature too
cold.
Dough mixed too shot.
Increase water
temperature.
Lengthen mix time.
Dough is difficult to
remove from the mixing
bowl.

Run food grade oil
