The mixer bowl and
dough hook operate in
the wrong direction.
Mixer is plugged into a
new electrical socket
after cleaning or moved
in bakery. Polarity of 3
phase plug reversed.
Return to original
position in bakery.
Consult authorized
electrical service to
rewire plug; swap
white and black
wires in plug.
