De-Commissioning
Brief Interruptions:
In the event of short interruptions (overnight or just
over the weekend), shut down the product. The
system must be de-pressurised.
Long-Term Interruptions:
In the event of a longer-term interruption (more than
three days), the following points should be observed:
• The main switch must be shut down
• The system must be de-pressurised (check the
displays)
CAUTION
Risk of accident and danger to the
environment:
Grease / oil on the ground increase
the risk of accident.
The grease/oil must be properly
disposed of in compliance with
applicable national ordinances
(hazardous waste).

Remediation of any of the faults
described below may only be
carried out by a trained technician.

No pressure in the compressed air

Increase pressure to 2-10 bar
Defective switching mechanism
Must be repaired by a specialist
Lubricant pump runs but does
not convey lubricant
No lubricant in the area of the
suction valve
Pre-fill suction valve with grease
Ensure that there is lubricant in the
area of the suction valve
Pump start with excessively high
air pressure
Start pumping with low air pressure
and gradually increase to desired air
pressure
Seal on suction valve damaged
Replace seals
Pump generates little to no
medium pressure
Air pockets
System entlüften
Leakage
Inspect fittings and hoses for
damage, repair if needed
