Connect the RJ12 cable with
the RJ12 jack. The RJ12 jack is
located at the left hand edge of
the housing base

Connect the free end of the
RJ12 cable to the RJ12 jack of
the RJ12 to USB adapter

Connect the USB plug to the
computer

Open the configuration software
and follow the instructions
