Installing the VGA Drivers for Windows

®

 2000

In this section we will show you how to install the VGA driver to your Windows

®

 NT 2000 operating

system. All screen shots are from Windows

®

 2000 professional version.

1.

 

First,  go  to  “

Device Manager

”. You will

find the video controller has a question mark at
the front.

2.

 

Also check your “

Display Properties

”. If

you want to change your old VGA adapter to a
SILURO

™

 GF2 MX display adapter, you must

set the display type to “

Standard PCI

Graphics Adapter [VGA]

” first, and then

reboot the computer for it to take effect.
Otherwise, you may not be able to install the
new display driver in the next step.

3.

 

Click on the item video controller, then

click the right key on the mouse. Select
“

Properties

” and click the left button of the

mouse to go to the next screen.
