HOW TO OPERATE THE CONSOLE
You can easily maneuver among the
various menus by pressing the UP and DOWN
buttons to find the desired function or value, and
confirm by pressing the same MODE wheel. This
procedure is applicable to all settings that are
described further herein. When the computer is reset,
the user number (U1-U¤) will flash at the lower right
corner of the screen. Here you may input personal
information for up to 4 different users of the machine.
The screen where you can input this data is available
when the computer is recovering from sleep mode, or
if you hold the RESET button for more than 3 sec.
User data can be set by sex, age, height and weight.
These settings are stored until they are overridden
manually. Once you confirm all information, all values
show 00:00, and the function-window will show a
flashing “MANUAL” mode. This is called "startup window" and is the starting point for
all the settings described further herein.
