5.1 Setting up the torch neck

Screw the replaceable tip adapter

 onto the torch neck

 using the multi-wrench

Screw the contact tip

 into the tip adapter

 and tighten using the multi-wrench

Grease the torch neck O-rings.

Insert the torch neck

 into the connection module

 until reaching the stop.

Screw the bayonet nut

 onto the connection module

 locking the 3 pins in place.

Insert the fume tube

 into the bayonet nut

 until reaching the stop.

Screw the suction nozzle

 into the fume tube

 hand tight.

Screw the gas nozzle

 onto the tip adapter

 hand tight.
