6 Putting into operation
6.2.1 Guide spiral liner
To be used for steel wires.

Lay down the hose assembly
straight.

Unscrew gas nozzle
and contact tip
.

Unscrew spigot nut
.

Slide wire guide
through the wire feed hose
up to the holder
nipple

Screw down spigot nut
by hand.

Cut off the excess length of the guide spiral liner
flush with the
torch neck
or the tip adaptor
7
Unscrew spigot nut
and pull out guide spiral liner
8
Sharpen the spiral guide liner beginning to an angle of approx. 40° and
debur the edge.
9
Slide sharpened guide spiral liner
up to
the holder nipple
.
10
and tighten with multiple wrench
11
Screw in contact tip
and attach gas nozzle
.
