10 Troubleshooting
In the event of a fault or faulty operation, the control system issues warnings and alarms.
• Warnings are shown on the display.
• Alarms are shown on the display and immediately interrupt the welding process.
Refer to section 14 Warnings and error messages (status) in the operating instructions for the BAL.0420.0
service software.
Please also observe the attached ‘Warranty’ document. In case of doubt or in the event of problems, contact
your retailer or the manufacturer.
11 Disassembly

Disassemble the MF Control as follows:
DANGER
Risk of injury and device damage when handled by unauthorised persons
Improper repair work and modifications to the product may lead to serious injuries and damage to the
device. The product warranty will be rendered invalid if work is carried out on the product by
unauthorised persons.
• Operating, maintenance, cleaning, fault elimination and repair work must only be carried out by
qualified personnel (in Germany, see TRBS 1203).
