can damage the eyes.
• Immediately stop welding work with the
ADF 600S
and resolve the malfunctions that occurred.

Injuries may be caused by impact from particles travelling at high speed.
• Wear standard safety goggles under the

as protection against high-speed particles at room temperature.
NOTICE
• Ensure the proper seating of the
ADF 600S
.
• Test the seating of the
ADF 600S
regularly by lifting and reseating the
ADF 600S
. If the head band
slips in the process, adjust the settings for head circumference and head height.

• For the welding process, please consider all components that are included in the welding system.
• The
ADF 600S
may only be operated by qualified personnel (in Germany, see TRBS 1203).
NOTICE
• When putting the system out of operation, ensure that the procedures for switching off each of the
welding system components are observed.
• When the welding process is interrupted or completed, wait until the automatic filter switches from
dark to light depending on the pre-set delay time. Only then, remove the
ADF 600S
.
