10 Faults and troubleshooting

Device cannot be switched on.
The mains supply light is off.
Device has no power.
► Inspect the connection cable and plug it
in correctly if necessary.
Leads/drive belt have become loose or
motor is blocked.
► Consult your specialist dealer or the
manufacturer.
Guide rollers do not rotate.
The guide roller is defective.
► Replace guide rollers.
Guide rollers dirty.
► Clean guide rollers.
Wheel rotates eccentrically.
The wheel is not correctly fastened.
► Properly retighten screw for wheel
attachment.
The wheel is dirty.
► Clean or replace wheel.
The limit switch is not responding.
The limit switch is defective.
► Consult your specialist dealer or
the manufacturer.
The screen is black after
switching on.
Connection cable, power device or control
device is defective.
► Consult your specialist dealer or
the manufacturer.
There is an error on the display.
Values cannot be read.
The display or the power device is
damaged.

The following messages are shown
on the display:
The limit switch was triggered.
There is an obstacle in front of the device.
► Set the travel direction switch to the “O”
position.
