Always keep the unit inside the space that you need to dry up, insert the hose into the 

drain or a large container, and switch it on. To reduce the time it takes to dry, ensure that 

all doors, windows, and other large openings are closed or sealed as the case may 

require. You should also demarcate and seal off the wet areas from the dry spaces.

The Abestorm® SLGR Elite sports a high impact resistant roto-molded casing that 

provides sufficient protection from possible damage when the unit is hit or when it falls. 

Remember to always place the unit on its base when moving it from location to location 

and when moving by vehicle or similar means. You may want to tip it upright if you want 

to make use of its handles when loading it to a trailer back.

Selecting the Location

• Place the Unit in an Upright Position.
• The location of the operation should be an enclosed area.
• The location should allow constant air circulation.
• The location should have power outlet at about 6 meters of the 
device as that is the length of the cord.
• Keep the Dehumidifier away from any moisture-laden air in the 
working area.
