VAT TAX SYSTEM

 

__________________________________________________________________ 

 
The VAT tax system, which stands for Value Added Tax, is most commonly used in European Countries.  With VAT tax, the tax 
amount is already included in the price of the item, yet the tax amount will print on the receipt.  Up to 4 VAT tax rates can be 
programmed. 
 
To choose the VAT Tax System, please complete the following: 
 
a.Enter the Program Mode:  Move the Control Switch to the 

"PRG" 

position.  If a security code has been assigned, enter the # 

and press the 

[CHARGE]

 key now.  If not, continue with Step #1.
