Cable slack
Extra length of cable from the top of the foundation
so that the cable length is sufficient to connect to the
correct terminal in the cabinet
CCS
Combined Charging System, a standard charging
method for electric vehicles
CHAdeMO
Abbreviation of
CHArge de MOve
, a standard charging
method for electric vehicles
Contractor
Third party that the owner or site operator hires to do
engineering, civil and electrical installation work
Grid provider
Company that is responsible for the transport and dis-
tribution of electricity
Local rules

Legal owner of the EVSE
Site operator
