Check and greasing mechanical parts
Activity:
Condition – safety instruction:
Risks:
Make sure that all components bolted are tightened, particularly check
the bolts of reactance connection and general of the bus bar, for the
torque vale refer to Table 2.
Check the tightness of the connections between the ground circuit, the
carpentry, the earthing switch.
Check the tightness of the insulators.
De-energize the power circuits and e connected to ground.
Disconnect the auxiliary contacts.
Equipment on trolley in position “DISCONNECTED”.
Danger-high voltage and mechanical parts in movement brusque.
The activity requires action in the high voltage cell.
De-energize all circuits. Use proper precautions.
Cleaning and lubricating mechanical parts
Activity:
Condition – safety instruction:
Risks:
Perform a thorough cleaning and adequate lubrication of all the
mechanical parts subject to movement, and in particular:
• the advancement device
•
the drive shaft of the earthing switch
•
the mechanical indication device
•
the interlock device
De-energize the power circuits and e connected to ground.
Disconnect the auxiliary contacts.
Equipment on trolley in position “DISCONNECTED”.
Danger-high voltage and mechanical parts in movement brusque.
The activity requires action in the high voltage cell.
De-energize all circuits. Use proper precautions.
