performed at Enable/Disable.

output can be controlled via
Enable and Inhibit.

Indicates that the XAct parameter
is inhibited, either from faceplate or
code. This parameter can be used
when additional actions are
wanted at Inhibit. Only introduced
for a selection of objects.
